Refund policy

14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, a purchase fails to meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so with 14 days of receiving it. Returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn and must include original tags and original packaging.

All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. Epaulet cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. SALE orders can take a bit longer than the handling time of 1-2 days as these items are kept off-site.

Prior to returning your item, please email us for a Return Authorization. This way, we can keep an eye out for your package. We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized returns.
